Spirit of the Palace

Polish  Handcrafted Vodka

Poland is the homeland of vodka. This alcohol was traditionally distilled on aristocratic estates like Sieraków Palace.

The place has its own legend. A long time ago in the palace lived a beautiful woman called Wanda. She loved nature.

She had a passion for collecting herbs, meadow flowers, fruit from wild trees and bushes. The legend goes that she could make a potion which had a healing effect or even gave eternal life. A figure like Wanda was often sighted in the neighborhood of Sierakow over the centuries. In the present time, sometimes when dusk falls the mysterious figure

of young women appears among trees of the Sierakow park.

Barrel Matured

Cask from the castle’s cellar

Barrel aged vodka is based on grain distillates: rye, corn and malt barley. The vodka acquires a characteristic aroma of vanilla as a result of 36 months of ageing in oak barrels. The nose includes noticeable fruit accents of apples and pears. The beverage has a very pleasant light amber colour. This vodka for connoisseurs is produced in limited quantities. The only

Polish crafted vodka

Vodka Sierakow follows the old tradition of making crafted distillates in Małopolska. In the case of Superior Vodka, it consists of handmade fruits and oat grain macerates. They are matured three months before being adding to the grain spirit. The next ingredient is fruit distillates. Apple and plums are collected from the local orchards. The  vodka is made in small amounts because of the restricted procedure which requests time and efforts.
